Did you migrate from CB 1.x to CB 2.x? The configuration of your userlist is entirely incomplete. Edit "Members Directory" within CB > List Management and you'll see there are no usergroups selected for "Usergroups" and under the Columns tab there are no fields configured to display.

Crap. Well that was stupid simple. Yes, I did migrate from 1.9 to 2.x. Apparently some things didn't transfer. I noticed that all the PayPal information is gone in the migrated gateway so I should have checked the rest. I wasin the process of doing that but I'm not sure I would have thought to check the list management.
