Calendar Promotions Not Displaying on Payment Slip

Folks,

I am attempting to setup a CBSubs promotion that is applicable to all purchases. It is available to new and renewing subscriptions. It appears that the promotion is being applied in the Membership Plan tab in the profile, but when I go to pay it does not bring forward the promotion discount dollars. I attached a series of three png files which show the issue.

What does not make sense is that I had this working properly and then all of a sudden it stopped working. Nothing has been change in the site. Only Nonumber.nl updates were applied.

I have over 300 invoices out at the moment and folks are trying to renew with no discounts being provided. This is a critical issue that I have at the moment. Any prompt help would be appreciated.

Folks,

A bit more information regarding my configuration. I am running CB 2.0.12 and CBSubs 4.0.1 (nightly build from 1/12/2016). My System information is attached as a png file. I attached my Promotion Configuration and Plan Pricing configuration as png files.

I did not include the Promotion Tax since we are a non-profit and it is set to off.

Please let me know if you require additional information. I'll be happy to share credentials, if necessary.

Folks,

I did further testing of this issue. I reset the date/time on my PC and moved it forward after the expiration date. The Promotion configuration worked perfectly. It seems that the system is not respecting the "Renewable in advance by".

Can you please validate this assumption? This is a CRITICAL bug. I'd appreciate any help in getting this fixed ASAP.

Promotions are bugged for renewals. They currently are only functioning for new purchases or reactivations. We've a bug ticket pending to investigate and fix this issue, but I've no solution to offer at this time. I've changed ticket priority to urgent.

Thanks for the prompt reply. This is a really critical issue for us. It has rendered our renewal process useless. I'm going to need to figure out how our organization is going to handle this issue. Any way to put some heat on this one?

If the promotion is a coupon code I believe you'll be able to input the coupon code and it'll work fine, but the issue is with promotions that automatically are applied. I've already changed ticket priority and informed Beat of this topic and the situation so as much heat as possible has been applied.
