Your access check is failing, CB Auto Actions isn't published in CB > Plugin Management, or a redirect is being triggered before CB Auto Actions can do anything about it.
Since you need the redirect based off subscribed plan you should be able to set that URL for "URL for first login visit" within CBSubs > Plans > Your Plan > Workflows.
You can also try changing the plugin order within CB > Plugin Management to ensure CB Auto Actions is loading before CB Paid Subscriptions encase CBSubs redirect is taking affect.

Nothing I do seems to work.I have tried the things you suggested.
With CB Auto actions the plugin and the redirect were published, the plugin order was move up to be before CB Subs, redirect was non-SEF: index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=89
With CB Subs the CB Auto Actions redirect was unpublished, the URL was entered in the plan "URL for first login visit" field, saved and a test registration was done but it too is not working.
I don't know what to suggest. I can't possibly see how every first login redirect usage is failing unless you've something installed hijacking the login process or you're not using CBs login. Please ensure you are not using Joomla or any other 3rd party login module. You must use CBs. If issue persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Thanks for your reply. The CB login is not published so there must be another that is causing the problem. I shall have to go back to the developer who redid the website and get him to sort it out. Thanks very much for your time and help.
If CB Login module isn't published then I've no idea how you're logging in. Sounds like a Joomla login module, which won't use our login process and is why your redirects won't function.

I published the CB login but it still would not work so I suspect it is a custom login the developer has used but I cannot find it at present. As mentioned I will get the developer to see what is going on. Thanks very much for your help.
