[SOLVED] Users can't subscribe after Joomla 3.6.2 upgrade

Hello!
I just realized that new users can't sign up to my site anymore. When they fill out the subscription page, it takes them back to the blank signup page. No new users are added to the database. I've tried Chrome and Firefox.

The form URL is energeticsynthesis.com/index.php/resource-tools/membership-plan/
After filling it out it shows empty at this URL energeticsynthesis.com/index.php/resource-tools/membership-plan/saveregisters

I upgraded last night to Joomla 3.6.2 from 3.6.1. I was certainly working on Joomla 3.6.0, but now I have doubts if anybody signed up on 3.6.1. Either way it's not working now, though everything else is fine. I've added the user through the back end and it worked fine. I can also modify my user preferences through the front end.

Subscription Payments are coming through from PayPal OK it seems.

I'm using the latest CB 2.0.14 and subs 4.1.0.
During the upgrade nothing went wrong. I updated the Joomla core before upgrading the Joomla package, and nothing was updated in between.

This is what I've tried that hasn't worked:
- I've reinstalled CB
- I've reinstalled CB Subs MAIN plugin.
- I've re-saved the Settings in CB and in CB Subs
- Checked Tools menu and database issues, but all fine.

No idea what else to try.

Disable all non-core CB plugins then retry to see if issue persists. If solved begin re-enabling 1 by 1. Please be sure to test with debug mode and maximum error reporting enabled in Joomla global configuration so errors can output. Edit all your Joomla menu items to CB and ensure their Menu Type is valid (none of your URLs should be using old &task=).

Thanks for the response.

I disabled all CB plugins except these:

1 Default language (English) - 2.0.14 - Public - language default_languag...
2 Default - 2.0.14 - Public - templates - default
3 CB Core - 2.0.14 - Public - user - cb.core
4 CB Paid Subscriptions - 4.1.0.BUILD.201… - Public - user - cbpaidsubscript...

It still didn't work. :(

I don't see any obvious errors in the debug.

Seems like I'm running out of options...

I did have some members saying they had issues logging in, but I couldn't replicate the error and eventually they did log in.

Not sure if it means much,

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials with exact steps to reproduce your registration problem and will take a look.

I also noticed, and I don't know if this is related or not, but with the "Members Online" module, it only shows a handful when I can see that there are at least about 20 people logged in.

It's only counting frontend logged in sessions as online users and only if that session belongs to a CB user. Run CB > Tools > Synchronize Users if you think your user tables maybe out of sync.
