The core and menu plugin are set to public and i checked: there is no privacy o conditional plugins :-(

i am confused.... where else permissions could be set? maybe in joomla acl?

Have reviewed your install and your issue is as I've already explained. First your userlist doesn't have the email field in any of its columns and it can't because you have "Show on Profile" set to "No" for your email field. I've changed your email field to display on profile and added it to a column of your userlist and it's working fine now.

Regarding the menu not displaying that appears to be a bug with the check for that menu item not checking for the newer public form parameter and have added a bug ticket to fix. The field however works fine.

one more question: i'm trying to configue an autoaction so that public visitors when they send an email to a teacher from the list or their profile, get subscribet to an acymailing list. what trigger should i use? ... i tried some but i dont get them subscribed to the list i set in actions....

Latest CB build has the menu condition fixed now so it should display the menu fine if you're up to date.
