I didn't know you had to be logged in as a moderator and actually view a users profile to see the menu but look at see attached.
I cant get them to display like your demo site.
How do i get rid of the titles on the side?

That's because you changed the mode for CB Menu. Edit CB Menu within CB > Plugin Management then under Parameters set "Menu display type" back to default "Menu bar".

It is a tab, but I don't understand how it's taking up too much space. It should just be a bar across the top of the profile as shown below.
See my above reply on how to change it back to a menu bar as you've changed it to a table output.
