Ok Thanks,

Any idea why this isn't working?

In User Options: Allow User Registration set to No

CB Configuration: Allow User Registration set to Yes, Independent of CMS "allow registration"

I have the if statements in the Pending Email Body section of the Registration configuration area

Should be working perfectly fine. Are you trying to do this to the pending email sent to the actual user (as that param adjusts) or the new user registration email sent to moderators?

This is the initial email going out to the user. Once/if they are approved, then they get another welcome to the "program"email

No matter what you change "Pending Email Body" to it always sends the same email? I'm not able to confirm in any of my tests. Please provide the exact text the email is sending as it maybe Joomlas that's sending and not CBs.

Hi,

Thanks for all your patience, I got it to work. I have another question. If I need another topic I'll post one.

Using the Substitutions, is it possible to have what the user selected from a field to be displayed in the email For example:

Hi [NAME],

You have selected to enroll in [cb_courses] I would want the specific selection to be shown what they select from the courses field

Thanks

Yes, you can use whatever substitutions you like in the Pending and Welcome emails. See the tutorial below for substitution usage information.
