I don't know what more to advise. You've a configuration problem somewhere causing the field to not display. This could be a condition in CB Conditional, privacy controls via CB Privacy, tab view access level, field profile display parameter, or even field layout parameter. If you still can't get the field to display after checking everything please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
