I'd like to move this to be with the rest of the tabs on a profile so it flows nicer, is this possible?

It's a menu and not a tab so no it's not possible to combine the two. You can move it wherever you like, but there's no specific styling for it in the other canvas positions beyond where it's already at.

In my tab layout I have it set to be exactly the same as the Bio Tab (I think)
I have attached an image to show this. it seems to not move at all
There is no tab for "Message". It's a menu item provided by CB Menu on the Menu tab. Your "Message" tab was either created by you or from a plugin. There is a "Quick Message" tab, which lets you quickly send a private message to a user that can be in that position though.

I have the Quick message set to display where I'd like it and the plug in is enabled and set to public, however it is not showing up.
I have read up as much as I can and found no success, I am obviously doing something wrong!

You can't send private messages without UddeIM installed and it won't display without UddeIM.
