I've no idea. I haven't even started reviewing possible implementation of this functionality. Focus at this time is to get CB Activity 4.1.0 released before holidays so I am freezing work on all other projects until it's done. There likely won't be a link since it would cause navigation away from their blog resulting in them losing anything they didn't submit, but again I've no idea yet since I have yet to start development on this feature. Ideally it should allow inline uploading, but it depends on how much code I have to alter to get that to work specifically for a minor usercase as if it's a lot of code to alter it won't be happening (upload from the button).
