[SOLVED] Problem with CB Gallery not showing on CB activity

Hi Kyle,
No idea if you remember but I ahd posted quite a while back that when clicking on Pictures (uploaded through CB Gallery), there was only a black page displaying. Furthermore, I had an error showing up (something with Jquery and CBtabs).

I then installed the latest CB conditional (you had just brought out a new version) and it started working again so I thought GREAT!

I updated CB Activity yesterday and lo and behold... the error is there again... It now says

(index):359 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).cbactivity is not a function

at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-2.2.4.min.js?v=093373a22dce5c0c:1)

at HTMLDocument.F (jquery-2.2.4.min.js?v=093373a22dce5c0c:1)

The error came from CB Conditionals... Any ideas what could be the error?

What are you trying to condition? I can't see how or why CB Conditional would cause that. That error is because CB Activity is trying to be bound to an element, but CB Activity jQuery plugin hasn't been loaded yet. Please ensure everything installed is completely up to date. If you've any form of caching please be sure to purge it entirely. Please also retest with debug mode enabled in Joomla global configuration to use the non-minified JS file to see if it could be due to minified file being possibly out of date.

Hi
Everything is up to date and the caches have been cleared. JCH has also been turned completely off.

Still same problem.

Actually, now the MORE button does not auto-load anymore either and if it does, it destroys the whole css of the website...

Strange, please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will review first thing tomorrow. Can't see any reason for any of that beyond out of date JS files maybe. Does it work fine with Joomla debug mode enabled?

Seams to be a caching problem. After page reload or after the first open attempt fails subsequent attempts display fine. Template files also appear to possibly be modified. Update everything, switch to default templates for CB Gallery and CB Activity, then retry. If using template overrides you need to be sure to compare to defaults with every update to check for changes.
