i have more than 100 usergroups and i can not find setting for set "NOT IN" or "NOT equal" or "NOT EXIST" for exclude usergroups in the expanded advanced search functionality.i want filter the users not in 2 usergroups.only i can filter users in usergroups that user stay in it, but i want reverse of that

There's no functionality for that. All you can do is select the usergroups you want to filter down to. You've a couple options to do what you're needing quickly. You can click the first usergroup, scroll to the bottom, shift click the last usergroup, then ctrl click the 2 usergroups you don't want to see. Alternatively you can click the dropdown then hit ctrl + a to do a select all and that'll select every option then crl click the 2 usergroups you don't want to see.
