Hi Kyle,
For some weird reason, registered users are not seeing the profile names anymore on CB Activity, litterally anywhere on CB Activity, BUT the main admin still sees the names...
Any idea what could be the reason?

It has not to do with the template for sure. It exhibits the same behaviour with the default template AND it is anyway dependent on the user being moderator or not. I should also mention here that I can perfectly well see the name on the profiles.
CB Activity and basically everything outside of profile that outputs their CB username or name is using the formatname field. Ensure it's accessible to public users and should display fine. I do not recommend applying privacy controls to formatname field or avatar field since both are used so extensively outside of profile.

Edit the Profile Privacy field and ensure you didn't directly protect the formatname field with it as by default Profile Privacy just blocks direct access to a users profile and does not block field output.
