CB Profiles do not have a meta description. You have to set one within your Joomla menu item to CBs profile page. In that meta description parameter you can use substitutions as instructed above (e.g. [name] to output name). The meta title is just the browser page title. It is default set to the users formatname field value, which is either username or name. To change that change the page title parameter in your Joomla menu item to CBs profile page and it also supports substitutions (e.g. [username] to output username).
I don't know what more to tell you, sorry. None of this requires you to be a programmer. It only requires basic understanding of Joomla menu items. If you are not familiar with Joomla menu configuration then I suggest reading Joomlas documentation below regarding menus.
