Yes, enable it from within CB > Configuration > Registration with the "Ajax Username Checker" parameter.

i enable that but it is not work for me because i have custom code in Registration Value Layout. when i remove that it is work fine. what need to implement in my custom code to work? need has specific id? or what?
I've no idea what your custom code is. My guess is you're supplying invalid HTML or altering the input edit structure to the point it has no idea where to insert the ajax response.
