Have reviewed your install. You had the formatname field on the Canvas tab. I have moved it to a hidden tab so it's still accessible from API and substitutions, but not actually visible on profile. Canvas displays fine now. Your only issue is some styling problems entirely coming from your Joomla template. Your template however seams to be out of date among many other extensions and recommend updating, purging Joomla cache, then retrying as the developer may have fixed the style conflicts already. If they have not I suggest contacting the developer of your Joomla template.
