Did the "Reinstall System Actions" = still the same issue

Could it be because the dont have to confirm the registration? It's set on automatic in the CB config.

I changed the mysql database name a few days back but i can not imagine thats the prob.

I tested with confirmation and approval disabled and it logged the activity fine. Are you using approval since confirmation is disabled? If you are using approval it only logs the activity after the user has been approved. Please PM (see signature for link) backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install. CB Activity is set to Registered access in CB > Plugin Management. This means during registration CB Activity isn't loaded so CB Auto Actions doesn't have access to its API because as far as CB Auto Actions is concerned at that time CB Activity doesn't exist. If you want profile streams to be limited to profile access only you need to adjust the Activity tab permission and not the plugin permission. Have done this for you and confirmed works fine now (after user has confirmed their email).
