Ok, believe I see the problem. The act of deleting the subscription is triggering the auto action again and it gets stuck in a loop due to this. Am working on some anti-looping protections so an auto action can't trigger itself like this and get stuck in a loop.

Ok, have implemented some infinite looping protections.

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/8900

This fix is available now in latest build release. I've tested it with the supplied auto action from earlier and confirmed it's deleting the subscription on expiration safely now.

I tested and it is working on my tests. I have the auto action enabled to check how it performs on my live site.
