You have "Plugin Version and Build Release Checking" turned off in CB > Configuration > Integrations so you won't see build releases.
You also have the issue of being on MariaDB 5.5.52. In order to support Joomla 4 our minimum is 10.0.0 for MariaDB (MySQL 5.6+ equivalent). So you'll need to talk with your host about upgrading your database first. Once done install latest CB release and update all your plugins.
