What is the query in cb_type_of_company? Somewhere the results of your query are going wrong during the save process. Likely data you're expecting to be there isn't and is causing the query to return an empty result.

In the cb_company_activities_company_offer_office field query remove the WHERE statement filtering against cb_type_of_company and see if it saves. This would rule cb_type_of_company out as being a problem. If it does save then cb_type_of_company is probably returning an empty result for some reason.
