Ok, working on a few adjustments. Modernizing the tooltip delay from 30ms to 200-300ms. This will prevent the tooltips from just spamming the screen as you move your mouse around and will require a short pause on something. Still working on the tooltips sitting on top of select2 dropdowns.

As they are not strictly necessary, maybe a switch is required to disable them?
They are necessary. They provide descriptions for fields. No switch to disable them in backend is planned. I am working on improving them by adding a delay so they don't show on just barely mousing over them and am working on a fix for them sitting on top of select dropdowns.

A new CB build release is now available that improves the tooltip behavior. They now have a delay so just mousing across them in most cases won't trigger the tooltip and requires either focusing or a short pause. Also added a check to try and reposition the tooltip when a select input has its dropdown open.
