Hello,

I noticed the following in the PMS system of CB, when you want to create a new message and click the "select a connection" button. A list of connections should then appear, but nothing at all appears there - just blank.
I can't find anything of settings in the plugin to be set in correctly for this.

How can I fix this?

Thanks.

Seams to be working fine in my tests. Are your connections accounts enabled? It depends on the formatname field as well for name rendering so be sure it isn't in an unpublished tab or configured to not display on profile as it maybe just adding empty dropdown options due to no name display.

I tried it with my admin account, which has a very large number of connections. So just a few letters should already give me a list of various names. The connections tab is definitely set to visible in the profile.

I never noticed the "formatname" field before and never used it before. I made sure that it is now visible in the profile. But the issue in the PMS still remains.

Can you provide a screenshot of the connection dropdown showing nothing? I'm still unable to confirm your issue. I've tested both Joomla 4 and Joomla 5. I don't see any issues in the code itself either. How many connections do you have? Might just be breaking the select2 due to too many dropdown options.

Here is attached a screenshot. I filled out the letters "keyl" (part of a name that is definitely in my connections) and just nothing happens beyond that, nothing shows up beyond what you see in the screenshot.

I have tried it with a test account (with few connections) and another user on the website had reported it to me already (who also does not have an uncommonly high amount of connections).

I use Joomla 4.

Ok, so it's only blank when attempting to search? or is it also blank when just opening it? All the searching does is filter the existing dropdown so if you don't see keyl in the dropdown it won't search for them.
