Your issue is due to your template as well. It does not appear to be a Bootstrap 5 template so it's not loading Bootstrap 5 nor is it including some core styles like "d-grid" in its template CSS, which are used throughout core Joomla. The result is the div container isn't displaying as a CSS grid. So you too need to contact your template developer.
As a workaround you can include the following in CBs CSS overrides if you like, but your template should really be including some of the core CSS helper classes Joomla expects to exist.

It's possible I can fix this from core CB, but the issue is it results in a bunch of duplicate CSS.
