[SOLVED] UDDEIM in community builder crashes site

And yup I know I used my administration login and connected with my test profile to see if it was working it diplayes the message bar with the send email subheading but not the private message one.

I need sadmin rights in order to check the settings. The frontend view does not help. When the quick message link is not shown in the CB menu bar one CB setting is wrong.

Hi, okay so I have given you the admin rights and emailed you the link to my backend.

One error was that the "PMS Component type" was not set to "uddeIM 2.0 or better" in CB PMS plugin. Nevertheless it does still not appear. As far as I see the settings are correct now. So this is not a uddeIM flaw since the PMS plugin displays the Quick Message box.

Sometimes these problems are SEF related. You could try to switch off SEF on order to check if it works without.

I am pretty sure that the problem is somewhere else and when it is fixed also the uddeIM's PMS plugin will work.
