No DB tables created

Won't reinstalling Joomla wipe out all the other work I've done ... extensions, graphics, etc. If so, that is not an option.

Then I recommend to remove all uddeIM modules, plugins and CB plugins and install step by step the current modules, modules, plugins and CB plugins from the 2.8 package.

Do you really need all packages?

I am going to reinstall Joomla. Do I need to install this before I install CB or anything else. Do I need to make any adjustments to the default Joomla install before installing uddeIM such as unpublishing or removing any Joomla default components? Where are the step-by-step instructions for a new, non-upgrade uddeIM install on Joomla 2.5?

FAQ Chapter 3 describes the installation on Joomla 1.6+ but it is recommended to check Chapters 1 and 2, too.

You can install uddeIM before or after CB but you can install uddeIM's CB plugins not until CB has been installed.

Check carefully witch modules, plugins and CB plugins do you need. Install them step by step and when you do not need them deinstall them again. Each of them requires several additional database queries which means additional server load.

I had to wipe it all out and start with a clean install and new DB. I installed Joomla and only the core CB before installing the uddeIM components. Now they work. Other component and plugins were installed AFTER the uddeIM component. Wow. A lot of work.
