Adding an Approval Link in Admin Approval Email

I note your response to the question of have a confirmation link sent to admin email. Your answer seem to address the workflow module and how the administrator can approve the new user registration from the front end of the website.

However I would like to have a clickable link in the email sent to the admin email so that the the administrator can do the the approval right from his email without goin to the front end of the site. I this possible?

I like the extended functionality of CB, but the default Joomla approval does include a link in the admin email to approve the user in one step. The CB Workflows module merely allows Admin to do this via the website (that is, NOT automatically).

Is there a way CB can do what the default Joomla system does?
