503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hi.

Getting the following when trying to edit users.

"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

Can edit 1 or 2 users then this message for around 5 mins then can edit another user then message again and so on.

Have checked with my web hosts and they say the server is working as it should.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for the reply. I have tried Googling the problem already. The general consensus is that it is a problem on the server side. I have already spoken to my provider who says the server is functioning normally.

I only get the 503 error when editing users in CB. It doesn't occur anywhere else in the Joomla back end so this leads me to believe it is a problem with CB rather than the server.

Any other ideas?

You didn't post that you googled - so I assumed that you did not.

Its still a server issue imo that is just triggered by CB.

Not really - your environment might not be configured properly to handle the load.
Some PHP settings perhaps.

Sorry cannot help more debugging a hosting environment.
