If you receive that data, you can mark the subscription as paid. Then you profit by all automations of CBSubs and your customer will find a invoice in his profile. I think this will work for the first invoice at least.
For the next year maybe there is a trick with auto renewal. This I don't know. Maybe someone can help here?
But don't forget the rules of SEPA. You have to notify your customer before you pull the money from there bank account. Auto mails of CBSubs could be here a solution.
Please never store account data of your customers on your webserver!!! You will get in big, big troubles, if they will be hacked.
