Hi, I use the same configuration and I never had the problem. What I did though was to change some lines in the bridge files so they link to the CB profile and Login instead of the standard Joomla one. But the problem u mentioned never happened, also before I made the changes. What I fixed with the modification is just the redirection in case somebody is not registered and the redirection when you click on the profile link inside coppermine. Have a look in the bridge directory of your coppermine folder and open joomla.inc.php
Change lines 153,155,261 and 270 to point to the correct link, maybe that helps, but I don't think that this is the cause of your problem.

Btw. I cannot download this plugin either. Can you please upload it again? The link seems broken.

Thanks xiaoan. I'll try unbridging and bridging again and then try to redirect the links as you have done and see if either or both of those things work. I'll let you know.

Question: for line 261 in joomla.inc.php

did you replace:

[code:1]function login_page() {
$this->redirect("/index.php?option=com_login&Itemid=9999"«»);
}[/code:1]
with:

[code:1]function login_page() {
$this->redirect("/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login"«»);
}[/code:1]

Darn -- still didn't work for me. I'm still not able to make the login work for Coppermine all the time. Xiaoan -- are you running CPG 1.45 or 1.46? I posted on Mehdi's forum as well and he says he needs to do an update on the code in order for it to work with the CB login. But I'm still confused as to why it's working for you but not me.

By the way -- I aplogize for getting this thread a bit off topic...

Hi all,

sorry its taken so long to get back to you, but I recently upgraded to a macbook and lost some of my source.

Anyway Mehdi's pluin is a very clever template insertion component - it basically insrts Coppermin into your own website structure without you having to do any work.

I have attached the latest version of my plugin

Attachment plug_cpg_display.zip not found
