Ok, I've changed it to read from the DB instead of the image file directory. Now it checks to see if the file is published and authorized before it displays it. It also uses the Title and Description as the SSP title and caption.
I've also found a nice, free, AJAX image thumbnail browser that will allow the user to specify a file to delete.
If someone wants to document and package all this code up as a real CB Plugin, I can work with them (Nant?). My implementation is fairly complex because it needs SSP as well as Flash IDE to edit the SSP SWF file, the SWFObject, the freeware XML generator, and AJAX file browser so its a bit beyond my capabilities to package it all up, but I can work with someone that wants to take this on.
