1.I don't think the memory limit is the cause. The limit is 32M. I think it should be enough. Anyway, I've spoken to my hoster, he won't increase the memory limit...
Otherwise I followed the process from your links.
From the debug, here is what I get:

The problem doesn't comes from the adsmanager tab, because when I disable it, the page remains blank.
When I check the error logs, I see the following:

But I dont understant the directory "xc3\xa9"... it's weird.
2. I checked the live_site field in the configuration.php file. It is empty. So the problem should come from something else.
