yes i have. I only have not done the stuff with the Login module.
There have to be something i can change or set to stop the 2nd email... else CB is just useless for me.

Please go through the steps again and double check everything - it works just fine on all my test sites.

thanks, but i hate the standard answers.... Did you do what has been told at the start.... Do it all over, again and again....

I bought yesterday the stuff to remove the powered by.... what a waste of time is that,.,,, 3 times try to buy/create... erorrs all over the place.... next i have created and bought the plugin by a complete other route.... Sure... there are newbees around... maybe i am but i am building sites and webshops for almost 20 years now... it should not be that hard... But i hear what you say,,,,, i am the noob and need to do it ALL OVER AGAIN... THANKS!
