Can Google crawler access CB fields?

Correct, you need CB Auto Actions to do this.

Nope, but below is how you'd setup the auto action.

Type: Code
Trigger: onAfterUserProfileDisplay
Access: Everybody
Method: Page Title
Code: [user_id] - [username]

Note: "Code" above is just an example. You can put anything you want here (no HTML, browser titles don't support HTML). All other parameters not mentioned should be left as default except "Published" (set as necessary).

Is there also a way to use auto action to change SEF page name. Actually Joomla SEF renders the CB page as username.html, I would like to render it as cb_myfield.html

No, CB only has profile URLs for username or user_id. It has no way to extract a field value from URL and translate it to a specific user.

Possibly, but am certainly not going to commit to any feature. We're in early development and just doing core mechanics right now.
