You definitely didn't change anything??

Nope, didn't change anything. Was likely server related then if it suddenly started working or perhaps something you've done recently may have gotten it working. Could even have been some sort of odd browser error. I did not check if you had caching enabled in Joomla, but that is also another possible cause.

Hi Kyle,

An update to this. It seems that for some users it works, and others it doesnt. I was contacted by a member this morning, and he mentioned that the password reset wasnt working. Checked in my SQL DB and can see the password there as not being encrypted. Tried to reset his password through the front end forgot password as him and the same thing happens. Then tried another account (the one I sent you details for) and it works fine.

Any ideas why some users will be affected and others not?

If for some users it's storing as non-encrypted then you've something installed that's interrupting the store process and causing it.

Please ensure all of our plugins that you have are up to date. A quick way to update them is to build a custom package with all of the CB plugins we provide that you have installed then installed it through Joomlas extension manager and it'll update everything for you. Once done please test again. You can find our package builder at the below link.
