The user list take lot of time to open the page about 1 minute. Link to user list is URL link: index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList&listid=MYLISTID
It just display 10 users per page (total 25.000 users). What should I check?
I also have other 2 user list that now just have 10 users total, those are load really faster that the other one. Configuration for those 3 lists is about the same.

If only 1 userlist is loading slow then there's likely something on that userlist specifically causing the slow down. Compare what fields it's displaying to your other userlists and see what fields are unique to the slow userlist then try removing them and see if it speeds up. Really the only way to see what's causing memory issues or slow downs is to profile the page. This is best done with xDebug with profiling enabled to help track what specifically is going so slow.

If you've CB Privacy or CB Conditional installed try disabling both and see if that improves performance as both will parse fields for users (though should only parse for the 10 displayed and not the total found).
