Looks like CPU is hitting a bottle neck due to SQL. You've a steady 600+ database queries on your userlists. That's quite a bit for an average query count. 350+ of them are to Kunena, so that's quite a bit; unsure what the usage is. I suggest finding out why you've so many queries on average. Seams to be something Kunena related. Did not appear to be CB Privacy, CB Activity, CB Conditional, or CB Forums.

Suggest finding the cause first. I disabled Kunenas system plugin and it did not resolve the issue so it's a direct database query and not API usage it looks like.

Could it be CB Query Field Plugin? I've disabled it without uninstalling but same issue.

Didn't seam like it as I also tried disabling it. Suggest making a list of all active non-core plugins. Once done disable them all. Now re-test and see if the query count is more reasonable now and see if kunena is being queried a lot still. If still is then is outside of CB. If is resolved then enable your plugins from your list 1 by 1 until it comes back and we'll know which caused it.
