When I am trying to remove the CB Menu from the profiles, it does not work.
I have removed every entry in the menu tab, leaving First Menu Name, First Sub-Menu Name and Second Sub-Menu Name completely empty. However the CB Menu is still showing on profiles. How can this be?
Disable the Menu tab in CB > Tab Management to remove it. If still not gone then you likely have Joomla caching present or caching from a 3rd party extension (some templates seam to have their own caching features) and can be cleared up by purging Joomla cache.

Did not help.
I unpublished the tab, but then the edit tab is gone as well.
I did check in all items, cleared and purged the cache..... did not help.
Also I switched to a different template to check if the problem persists. And yes, it still persists.......
Try entering data into the fields, name, name,
www.google.com
see if that changes what's in there. Then delete that and see if it forces it out.
worth a shot if you haven't already done it.
