OK - edited the existing rule to clear the short code field, saved, then selected and tried to copy this rule... Received error message, vis:

500 - An error has occurred.

Looks like for now you won't be able to use the Copy feature. I've added a bug ticket for this to be fixed in next CBSubs release.
