Hi,
I have an odd situation which I cannot resolve.

BASIC (Free) - Exclusive
ASSOCIATE (Free) - Exclusive
--- STUDENT (€10) - Exclusive
--- OTHER (€20) Exclusive
FULL MEMBER (free) - Exclusive
--- PRACTITIONER (€30) - Exclusive
--- ADVANCED PRACTITIONER (€40)- Exclusive
--- MASTER PRACTITIONER
EXAM (€10) - NON EXCLUSIVE (can be purchased by any child member of the above PARENT Plans).

So, for all child members within a plan, only one can be subscribed. The same for the parents.

On the Registration page they all display correctly, and open /close Child options as expected.
If I have a FULL MEMBER logged in, then they can see the upgrade options in their Parent group (as expected).
But If I have an ASSOCIATE (STUDENT) logged in, then they can only see the PARENT (FULL MEMBER) plan (with no tick box), but none of the Children within that plan are displayed as UPGRADE OPTIONs.
If I have a BASIC member who is logged in, then they can see the other same level parents. But only ASSOCIATE opens up to offer its child options. Full member does not open at all but can be ticked. Of course it cannot be processed because one child selection is mandatory.

I cannot see where it has gone wrong, as it was working fine in the recent past. The only restrictive rules I use is that a higher level child member does not see the lower level children, nor the lower level parent (child members) as upgrade options.

As far as I know the Associate and Full Member plans have near identical settings.
Any ideas?

Joomla 2.5.17, CB 1.9.1, CBSubs 3.0 GPL

But only ASSOCIATE opens up to offer its child options.

Ensure "FULL MEMBER" child plans allow upgrades and ensure access is set correctly on the Access tab of your plans. Also review the Workflows tab to ensure you don't have conditionals preventing their display.

Full member does not open at all but can be ticked. Of course it cannot be processed because one child selection is mandatory.

Right click and click Inspect Element on the "FULL MEMBER" plan name. Next review the DOM to see if your other plans are even there. If they arn't then they're either conditioned out via Workflows tab, the user has no access to them via Access tab, or the user has no upgrade access to them.

Ensure "FULL MEMBER" child plans allow upgrades and ensure access is set correctly on the Access tab of your plans. Also review the Workflows tab to ensure you don't have conditionals preventing their display.

They allow upgrades. The full member has no workflow restrictions. Some of the Child members have only single workflow restrictions preventing members at HIGHER LEVELS from upgrading to a lower level. However, I have disabled all restrictions for one example and it makes no different to the front end upgrade options. All the Plans have Public access (see attached images)

Right click and click Inspect Element on the "FULL MEMBER" plan name. Next review the DOM to see if your other plans are even there. If they arn't then they're either conditioned out via Workflows tab, the user has no access to them via Access tab, or the user has no upgrade access to them.

Do you mean to do this from Front end or backend? On the Front end I just get the output as per the first attachment. The second attachment shows the plans view.

Strange, please PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as credentials for a user experiencing this issue and will take a look.
