parent_plan is what you need to look out for. Check plan_id against your existing plans within CBSubs > Plans and see if that plan has a parent. If it does and parent_plan is set to 0 then that's an issue of a plan being moved after a user has subscribed and will cause issues like this. If you have such cases then edit those rows and set the parent_plan to the parents ID found within CBSubs > Plans. If no such cases exist then I'm pretty much out of ideas as I can't explain why it's doing that.

What is the significance of a replaces_subscription of '0'? Should it be NULL?

Being 0 or NULL is fine.

Also one of these has an expiry of 0000-00-00 00:00 rather than NULL.

That's fine.

I have an export of this table in xls format. Can I PM you this?

No, I don't need the table data.

I've gone through all the entries, and all are fine. So, basically nothing has improved. I cannot find anything wrong with my test user which exhibits the problem either. Unless another table is involved?

Ok, have reviewed closely and understand what's happening now. The users experiencing the issue had previous subscriptions to "Certified Member", which were then upgraded to "Associate Member" for example. When a parent plan is expired or unsubscribed the child plans are not visible until the parent is active again. So the user would need to first renew/subscribe to "Certified Member" again and the child plans should become available. This is easier to notice when both "Certified Member" and "Associate Member" are set to non-exclusive. So this is normal behavior, but its display needs to be handled better in a future release.

Ok! I have investigated further and there was a time when Certified member had an expiry date, which was incorrect as it potential expired before a child plan expired. Could this be related to this issue? If this is the case whould the fix be to set the expiry_date for all subscriptions of the "Certifed Member plan who currently have a real expiry date, to be set to NULL? Otherwise, how best to fix this?
