Have reviewed your install. The first issue is the tab "Location Map", which is provided by "Geocode Factory plugin for CB" is causing a fatal JS error, which can break CBSubs jQuery from functioning. I've disabled the "Geocode Factory plugin for CB" plugin to resolve this issue. You should contact the developer and have them fix their JS errors.

I've no idea what's causing your child plans to not show. I can't see any reason for them not to. Was CB or CBSubs modified in any way? Please re-install CB and CBSubs over the top of it self to remove any core modifications that may have been made. The template selector in CBSubs is duplicating the templates, which it should not be doing.

Hi Kyle, Apologies. I thought I updated this the other day.

I did as you suggested and reinstalled everything on top of the live installation. The duplicate templates were simply copies of the existing ones, as I was considering editing one. I have in fact removed them, so no files at all are changed, and as I said I reinstalled all CB, CBSubs, component, modules, and plugins.

So I am at a loss at present. It is becoming an issue, as currently no students can upgrade if they cannot see the higher member plans.

Any other ideas? Your admin access to the site is still open.

thanks,
D

Unfortunately I'm out of ideas. I can't see any reason for it to not display some of the child plans. I've let Beat and Nick know the situation to see if further investigation can be done.

Hi Kyle, I have no response at all from anyone else on this, not even on ticket. :(

What is interesting is it seems it does not affect all users. I also noted this console error if it is related in any way:

[jquery.form] terminating; zero elements found by selector jquery.form.min.js

For the two test users I gave you in the ticket, the error exhibits on one, the other is not clear as it is a member of the parent with the issue. But I created a third users which does not seem affected.

It's possible the users affect may have bad rows within _cbsubs_subscriptions database tables. Nick has taken a look and also could not find any cause. Beat has yet to have the time, but I've let him know for feedback. I suggest checking _cbsubs_subscriptions database table and see if the user has a bunch of subscription rows that aren't valid or relevant.

Hi Kyle, not sure exactly what I am looking for in the table, but these are the entries for my test user example which exhibits the problem:

id status user_id plan_id parent_plan parent_subscription replaces_plan replaces_subscription subscription_date last_renewed_date expiry_date
5088 C 2225 1 0 0 NULL NULL 20/06/2012 09:26 20/06/2012 09:26 07/07/2012 06:42
7369 U 2225 14 0 0 NULL NULL 17/01/2014 04:28 17/01/2014 04:28 NULL
5089 X 2225 20 1 5088 NULL 0 20/06/2012 09:26 20/06/2012 09:26 26/06/2012 23:59
7393 A 2225 30 36 7392 NULL NULL 19/01/2014 14:31 19/01/2014 14:31 19/01/2015 14:31
7392 A 2225 36 0 0 14 7369 19/01/2014 14:31 19/01/2014 14:31 NULL

What is the significance of a replaces_subscription of '0'? Should it be NULL? There are three entries (out of 7000 or so) with this value. Also one of these has an expiry of 0000-00-00 00:00 rather than NULL. Parent Plans are set to unlimited (i.e. do not expire).

I have an export of this table in xls format. Can I PM you this?
