Memory Issue & Ticket

Memory Issue & Ticket was created by dillydally
Hi I have desperately been trying to resolve the memory issue I seem to have with CB and on trying everything I could find in the forum and in the documents I submitted a ticket. However, I received no confirmation that it was sent/received and as I am really desperate and need to solve this urgently I wondered if you could update me on whether this is normal and how long a ticket response may take?

Thanks

Hi, thanks for the response, strange thing is I am not receiving any emails from you either from the forum or from the ticket. My email is listed correctly ?

I guess this was a sad use of my 1 ticket ? I have done all the checks, I am running on 64mb which surely should be enough, I've removed plugins so that even the unpublished ones don't load and yet the response is ways to increase to 64mb? I guess I'm now not only confused and desperate but frustrated too. Is there nothing else that can be causing this, I've never encountered something like this before?

Thanks.

Yes but as I've said I have 64mb and so I still don't understand where the memory issue is?

Attached is my cpanel showing 64mb and the phpmemtest.php confirms I have 63mb? Is this still a memory issue is seemingly 64mb is supposed to be fine?
