I have managed to get my host to increase my memory to 128mb ... and now I can at least debug the site.

There is one warning in red - The 'SHOW PROFILES' feature is disabled; you need MySQL built with 'enable-profiling' to have it working SQL=SHOW PROFILES

I am overwhelmed by the messages here.

I am still unable to complete the registration as one field that is required and when it is filled out and the form complete I get an alert to say 'This Field is Required' ... but it is completed so what is the issue and I cannot work around it, nothing I do changes this.

I am even unable to get to the blank screen now?
Would you please be able to guide me?

I'm not aware of any "SHOW PROFILES" usages nor can I find any in CB or Joomla. You've likely something 3rd party installed that is using it. Does it say where the error is coming from? Please always provide the full error (including the path with domain omitted). You may want to check that your host event meets Joomlas minimum requirements below.

I suggest creating a clean Joomla + CB install on your host in a sub domain or sub folder and starting over. You've something installed that's causing massive conflicts and issues.

Please stop creating multiple topics for the same issue and please stop cross posting multiple issues across multiple topics. I do not want to have to copy/paste my replies across multiple topics unnecessarily.

Thanks none of this has answered my issue. May I ask tickets are then not actually to help solve problems just to point me in as many directions as possible for me to figure out myself. I've desperately tried to resolve this and I took on CB instead of an alternative because I believed it had evolved but it seems I made a terrible mistake.

I was referring to the second link that pointed to a gmail spam adjustment because you said you are not getting emails from this domain.


Please check again.

Regarding your memory issue - php memory is consumed by scripts you have installed on your Joomla site - the more you have installed the more you need.

So as a first step you should try and increase your PHP memory - most hosting helpdesks have such processes in place to help you.

I cannot really give you exact method to increase your memory on your own as each hoster has its own method.

Tickets are no different than a forum post except they are private. There is no accelerated response time or anything of the sort by using one. Your ticket was in regards to your memory issue. Your memory issue appears to be resolved.

I performed a test registration on your site and I was able to register perfectly fine in Chrome. What browser are you using?

my issue started with blank screens and being unable to register which progressed to a memory issue ... having solved this it still did not resolve the initial issue of problems with registration.

I'm impressed that you managed to register .. I've cleared cache and cookies, etc and registered on Chrome but still get field that it will not work beyond??? File attached.
