You need to upload it to your post using the file fields below the textarea. You can only do uploads in full reply and not quick reply. Alternative is to just upload to imgur and link it.

there is something massivly wrong with that forum installation ...

There is nothing wrong with the forums. We have a high level of security on purpose. The uploads work fine and am able to upload multiple images fine. Use a unique name with valid alphanumeric characters.

that is what I was trying ... the preview was ok, but the post was messed up
