If they renew in advance they remain active so there's no state change, but if they don't renew they'll expire like normally. Just be sure you're triggering expirations regularly (best to run the CRON URL daily for this).

If they renew they're extending their existing subscription. So if I have a 1 year subscription and renew in advance it adds another year to it. If they don't renew then they'll expire when their expiration date is reached and expirations have been triggered.

Sorry, but if they don't renew they don't expire when their expiration date is reached and expirations have been triggered, at least for me.

Edit the subscription within CBSubs > Subscriptions to see their UTC expiration date to ensure their expiration date has actually been reached. CBSubs 4.x does all of its calculations using UTC now for accuracy. How are you confirming the subscription isn't expiring? Does it show as active still in CBSubs > Subscriptions or while editing the user in CB > User Management?

Kyle, you might be right, but I don't have the nerves to get deeper into this as my problem is sorted out by simply not allowing renewing.

I've made some tests but unfortunately they still don't expire when their expiration date and time is reached, no mater what time zone is chosen. The UTC is very tricky.

It shows as active still in CBSubs > Subscriptions and while editing the user in CB > User Management. Also the values of my fields which are set by fields integrations to change on plan change are not changing.

Thank you
