Please PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as FTP login credentials. I'll need to implement debug code to see what's going on as I'm out of ideas as to what could be doing this.

Thank you. I will try it. One more question. Facebook Login works fine with my IPad or Iphone (both Safari). On my PC with Firefox and Chrome it doesn't work. Maybe this helps to find a solution.

The only reason for that to happen is if you've set your browsers on PC to not allow for cookies resulting in your Joomla session, which is where it stores CB Connect information.

Ok, have just spent the past several hours looking into this and I don't know what to tell you. Your site is trashing the PHP sessions for whatever reason, which causes the HybridAuth configuration data to be lost. When that happens it can't initialize and continue through with its connection process. At this point I can't help you any further unless you try a different host or at least a clean install on the same host with nothing but Joomla, CB, and CB Connect so I can rule out conflicts from other extensions as you've security extensions installed that may or may not be tampering with the sessions. I'm inclined to believe this is a result of something installed, but I have no idea what.

i indeed have rsfirewall installed and just disable it but with no success.
to change host is not a reasonable idea..i maybe could make a fresh new install with only joomla and cb and cb connect.
