A fresh install in a subdomain or subfolder with Joomla, CB, and CB Connect (configured) would be most ideal environment for me to further investigate. This would at least reduce it down to a CB Connect, server, HybridAuth, or even social site issue instead of some sort of conflict.

Just to save time - have you tried to configure CB Connect here?
Are you still getting problems here?

Ok, I've created a new application for your test site and riddled CB Connect with debug code. Absolutely no issue is being found on CB Connects end. The problem that's happening is the PHP session data is completely empty. The only reason I can think of for this is PHP side caching. I noticed you have memcache installed and enabled on your server. I recommend contacting your host and having them turn it off or uninstall it. Once done retest to see if issue persists.

With the above said it works maybe once out of 100 attempts and that's only if I rapidly spam it until the session data will finally carry over. I'm thinking memcache is caching the session data so the new session data added by CB Connect is never able to process until it's too late and expired.

Beyond the above I'm out of ideas as there are no errors outputting. Nothing in CB Connect or HybridAuth is indicating a problem.
