I sent you the admin details in a PM

Please see my previous reply for the details I need. The admin account is extremely limited and am unable to even toggle debugging. If the site is live then clone it to a subdomain or subfolder to avoid the live site from being affected by debug tests.

What about CB Query plugin? or CP AntiSpam plugin? would either of them cause problems?

Neither of those should cause issues.

I'm pretty sure it was working before WITH CB Privacy installed and published... but I haven't actually tried disabling the CB Privacy plugin all-together...

Only older releases had this conflict, but it has since been fixed. Fully disabling the plugin was the only way to stop the conflict when the issue was still present.

I've noticed that unpublishing CB Privacy and CB Query plugins still leaves them in the fields Integrations tab - is this normal?

Yes, the parameters will always display.

I'm unable to debug this as I am unable to add debug code or install a version with debug code. So I don't know what to tell you. I need to be able to debug the POST value that the comparison function is seeing to figure out why it's not correctly removing the field object from the fields array. As I am unable to confirm locally on 2 installs this issue is isolated to your install.

Nope, I replied to your PM that the FTP credentials do not function in FileZilla and you replied that you'll reply when they're working. It's that or I need super administrator login to your clone site so I can just install the plugin with debug code added. Either should be fine for debugging the issue.

Oh, sorry, guess I forgot to reply that I had sent you a new pm with the new details. I tested with FileZilla and was able to connect, you can use TLS/SSL to connect, just use a normal connection. You also now have full admin permissions
