Ok so we are finally getting around to this. We continue to get the error in the original post.

You need to disable all integrations with CB. So if you've K2 installed turn off its CB integraiton. If Kunena is installed also turn its integration off.

How do we know if there any installed? We don't use K2 or Kunena.

I have included what we show installed when searching CB or Community in Extensions > Manage:

I have also watched the youtube video.

Many thanks, Chris

If you don't have either then they're not installed and that step won't be an issue for you.

It's not always a matter of something being installed. For example in K2 the CB integration is a single configuration parameter, but as you don't have K2 installed you're fine.

Regardless please make a full backup and first upgrade a clone of your site so you know what to expect.

Understood. Continuing to get:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wodrocke/staging/3/libraries/CBLib/CBLib/Language/CBTxt.php on line 518

when conducting the upgrade.

Any ideas how to avoid? Again, I am not using K2 or Kunena. I am using Hikashop and am not sure if that might cause this issue.

Here are some of the plugins I see along with this error:

Uninstall the old "en-GB" language plugin. As for your other plugins you can upgrade them according to the chart below.

Did you mean "delete" rather than uninstall? When I try to "unpublish" the "eng-GB" plugin, I get the following screenshot:

I am able to delete but am still getting:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wodrocke/staging/3/libraries/CBLib/CBLib/Language/CBTxt.php on line 518

What PHP version do you have? You can check this within System > System Information > PHP Information. I recommend at minimum PHP 5.4. If on PHP 5.3 please upgrade and see if issue persists.

That error doesn't particularly make any sense. It's erroring as if you've absolutely no language files at all, but the default exists fine.
