[SOLVED] Mailers stopped working after upgrade

Hi,

This site (the source of many frustrations) was upgraded from J25 to J3 along with all the components and plugins. I'm using the latest CBSubs (4.0.1)

Ever since the upgrade the mailers haven't worked. The CRON job runs but nothing is produced and even keying them using the URL you've conveniently provided in the Automation Settings won't return anything.

I am enclosing a screenshot of the current settings for Expired Membership. There are no conditions other than the ones you see. I have five mailers (Expired, 15 Days, 30 Days, etc.) and none currently work. In looking at the old site which I still have running under a subdomain, running the URL returns 245 mailers to be processed. Nothing is happening here.

Appreciate any insight into this. It's driving me a bit nuts.

Install latest CB 2.x nightly below.

Next install latest CBSubs 4.x nightly below.

Now see if your mailers are sending. There are some known issues with mailers not sending in some cases, which are fixed by the nightlies.

Thank you for your quick response.

I have done as asked and nothing has changed. I still get 0 messages through the mailers.

Running the mailers in the old site which is using J2.5x I get 289 in the message queue.

Please provide a screenshot of your mailers configuration. Could be an issue with the timing configurations causing it to be unable to match any subscriptions.

Again, the old site is generating 289 potential mailers. Matching would seem to be the same with this upgrade. No?

I have 5 mailers:

1) 15 days before main membership expires.
2) 30 days before main membership expires.
3) Upon expiration of main membership.
4) 30 Days before consultant listing expires.
5) Upon expiration of consultant listing.
